The ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at 4:30pm at Christ Church United Methodist in Louisville. The reception will begin 30 minutes after the ceremony concludes at the Oxmoor Estate. We will start with a cocktail hour in the library and garden, before moving to the tent for dinner and dancing.

Ladies, the tent will be situated on grass, so be sure to choose your shoes wisely - wedges, flats or block heels are recommended.

Transportation

On the day of the wedding, transportation will be provided from the AC Hotel to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception to the AC Hotel.

The shuttle will depart the AC Hotel for the ceremony promptly at 3:45pm.

Shuttles will depart the reception to return to the AC Hotel at 9:00pm, 10:30pm, and 12:00am.
